Find. Call. Fixed. — every listing verified against official state license records.
Texas Home Services Data
Verifying licenses for a directory means holding the whole state licensing file, not one record at a time. That makes questions answerable that nobody usually asks. We publish what we find here — free to cite with attribution, no email required.
894 of 8,650 active Responsible Master Plumber licenses in Texas (10.3%) carry an insurance certificate that has already expired in the state board's own file, and 8 of those expired over a year ago. Includes a lapse-rate breakdown for the 15 largest counties.

What we hold
Every active and expired Responsible Master Plumber license published by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, TDLR mold remediation licensees, and IICRC Certified Firm records — each with an append-only history, so we can see status changes over time rather than only today's snapshot. That history is what makes trend analysis possible, and it is why we keep re-verification stamps visible on every listing.
